Phase 1 - To convert a former four storey office block with basement into residential accommodation to provide 100nr. self-contained apartments.

Phase 2 - To sympathetically design and build a three storey rooftop extension above the building to provide an additional 45nr. self-contained apartments.

Challenges were encountered undertaking building works in the heart of Liverpool City Centre during refurbishment. Further obstacles were endured extending above the building when the apartments were fully occupied and accessing the roof to construct the extension
