To sympathetically restore, upgrade, modify and extend the Folly Castle and Guesthouse situated in Area of Natural Beauty.
The client purchased the property with intention to remodel and provide accommodation better suited to their modern-day needs.
The project comprised alterations to the main house, including converting the garages at lower ground level, extending under the castle and full refurbishment. The lodge was converted to a guesthouse with single-storey 2-bedroom extension and integral garage.
